Les Pétales N°01 begins with mango and jackfruit and transforms them into something entirely unexpected — delicate fruit pétales created for a slower, more considered way of experiencing fruit.
Ripe mango brings its lush, tropical sweetness, while jackfruit adds its distinctive depth and character. Together, they create a beautifully concentrated expression of fruit that gradually unfolds across the palate.

Les Pétales is not conventional dried fruit, nor is it designed to be eaten by the handful.
Each pétale is exceptionally delicate, softening slowly on the tongue before melting away and allowing the natural flavours of mango and jackfruit to emerge gradually.
A 20 g pouch contains approximately 30–40 pétales, each designed to be enjoyed individually.

Les Pétales N°01 is the first expression from Ritual Couture — Lynn’s exploration of transforming whole foods into unexpected sensory experiences.
N°01 is produced as a limited annual edition. Once this year’s edition is sold through, it will not be produced again this year.
Les Pétales returns next year with its next annual release.

Les Petales is pure sorcery. You absolutely CANNOT stop at one. I love these so much that I actually preordered them, and the wait was soooo worth it! This has officially become my favorite treat. This is the real thing. The mango and jackfruit flavors complement each other very well in my opinion and without any artificial sweetness. These dissolve easily, leaving a distinct, authentic flavor of jackfruit lingering on the palate. It is clear that a great deal of care went into crafting this. Highly recommended

I really didn’t know what to expect from the mango and jackfruit combination because I’ve never thought of having the two together, but I was so surprised by how good it is. I also have to mention the packaging because it’s really pretty!
I’ve been keeping a pack around and just snacking on it through the day. Love that it’s 100% fruit too. I’m honestly quite addicted to these now and really wish they weren’t limited edition. I ended up stocking up on as many as I could!

Gosh these are so addictive! I bought one pack just to try and ended up ordering more. The mango and jackfruit combination is really good and I love how they just melt in your mouth. Only wish there were more petals in each pack because they disappear way too quickly in our house!
