The website and Lynn’s brand are operated by Premiere Illuminations (“Lynn’s”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.
1. Use of the website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts or related systems.

Minor typographical or technical errors may occasionally occur.

If there is a material error in a product description or price, we may correct it and contact you regarding any affected order.

All prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete the purchase. We may change product prices, shipping charges, offers or discounts at any time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
6. Orders and order acceptance
Placing an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.
After you place an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgement.
This confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We may accept, limit or cancel an order because of:

If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the amount received for the cancelled products to the original payment method.
7. Product availability
All products are subject to availability. Products may be produced in limited quantities and may sell out. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. Availability is confirmed only when the order is successfully processed and accepted. We may limit the number of products that may be purchased by one customer, household, account, address or payment method.
8. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Payment providers may apply their own terms, security checks and privacy practices. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment processor. If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact hello@lynns.in with the transaction details. Do not email or otherwise send us complete card details, banking passwords, PINs or OTPs.
9. Promotions, offers and discount codes
Promotional offers and discount codes:
Are valid only for the period and products stated.
May be subject to minimum-order values or other conditions.
Cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash.
May not be combined unless expressly permitted.
May be withdrawn or corrected if issued or applied because of an error, misuse or technical problem.
We may cancel orders involving fraudulent or unauthorised use of an offer.
10. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, regulatory restrictions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, email address and telephone number. Please review our Shipping and Delivery Policy for information about processing times, dispatch, tracking, delivery attempts, damaged packages and returned shipments.
11. Cancellations, replacements and refunds
Order cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy. Because we sell food products, we do not ordinarily accept returns because of a change of mind, personal taste preference or an incorrectly ordered product. This does not limit your rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially different from its description or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.
12. Storage and consumption
You are responsible for:
Following the storage instructions on the product packaging.
Checking that the packaging is intact before consumption.
Consuming the product within the stated shelf-life period.
Using appropriate care after opening.
Not consuming a product that appears damaged, contaminated or unsafe.
Product quality may be affected by improper storage, exposure to heat, moisture, air or direct sunlight, or by use after the stated date.

You may be able to create an account on our website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly at hello@lynns.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these Terms.

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion or other content, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to submit it.
It does not violate another person’s rights.
