Founder, Lynn’s
Lynn Glenda Pinto
Lynn founded Lynn’s, a whole-food, plant-based food brand from Mysuru, around a simple belief: nourishment should never feel like a compromise.
The idea behind Lynn’s
Lynn’s began with something personal — a love of beautiful food, and an equal care for what goes into it. Lynn wanted to work with whole-food, plant-based ingredients and explore what could happen when they were treated differently: using flavour, texture, concentration, craft and technology to transform them, while respecting what made those ingredients worth choosing in the first place.
Familiar ingredients, experienced differently.

Lynn is closely involved in product development at Lynn’s — from exploring ingredients and formulations to the sensory details that shape how a product tastes, feels and is experienced. A vegetable becomes a delicate crisp; fruit becomes something concentrated and jewel-like; nuts, seeds and fruit come together as something decadent.
That work happens alongside a multidisciplinary team whose academic backgrounds span nutrition, microbiology, biotechnology and science — and with an approach that values measuring, documenting, refining and testing as much as experimenting.
The Nourishment Edit
Lynn researches and edits The Nourishment Edit, Lynn’s journal on food, ingredients and nourishment. Each piece looks closely at a single subject — fibre, plant diversity, gut health, a particular ingredient — and draws on published research, including peer-reviewed studies, to explain what the research actually says.
The journal is written for curiosity and understanding. It is educational, and not intended as medical advice.
